The welcoming of the true winter ❄️ bringing our power of our Breath to push us through the uncomfortableness of ice, while warming our soul with heart opening medicine of mama cacao, sitting Sacredly in ceremony. Inviting courage and truth to unlock as we are guided to a new visioning through vibrations of love, the medicine of Sound.
Lisa, Jarna and Johanna onvite you on a Half day Winter Wellness Retreat on Friday 5 July, 9:30-1:30 with the exchange $111. Full payment to be made online prior to event, Bookings are essential, Honouring the sacredness, spaces are limited to maximum 15 beautiful souls. Men & Women are all welcome 🙏. These spaces will book fast!
You will be welcomed to the Sacred Lands of the Sanctuary, we all will gather together around the fire for Welcome Circle, Lisa will guide our Breathing into a calming, meditative state before bringing our power of mind into play as we emmerse ourselves in Cold Ice baths. Awakening and Stimulating every Cell in our body. Revelling, Celebrating and feeling the energetic benefits of the Ice.
Jarna will lovingly warm our souls and open our hearts with the Sacred plant medicine of Cacao. Sitting Tribal invocations, honouring its linerage aswell as yours. Calling the Ancestors and guidance of larger forces to hold us in the stillness….. as Johanna, Jarna and Lisa bathe us in a vibrational Sound Bath that will unlock new visioning through the vibration of love itself.
We will then come together and Share Nourishing foods, fuelling ourselves and our dreams to step forward and embrace all that is in our own journey and purpose.
Ending with a powerful drumming activation circle, lighting the fire within is.
Retreat begins at 9:30am, please arrive 5-10 minutes beforehand to settle into the lands and go through waiver paperwork for Breathwork & Ice
Please wear comfortable warm loose clothing, allowing free movement in breathwork. Bring bathers/ swim clothes for ice bath, towel, water bottle, socks, journal and pen if things come up and you want to write them down
we will be supplying a vegan curry, fruit to share, please advise of any dietary requirements prior to event.
