Enjoy a day of nurturing and restorative movement and relaxation, to ease the winter months and energize your new year. Our day will include gentle yoga flow for fascia release, restorative yoga and yoga nidra practices (open to all levels, no experience necessary). Guest presenter Vanessa Mac Neil, Naturotherapist, will lead us through a discussion on practices and movements inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine that can help us embrace and benefit winter season.

EARLY BIRD (pay before December 31, 2025): $165 (save the tax!)
Regular rate (as of January 1st): $165 +tax = 189.71
** Please note that the retreat will be conducted in English but you’re welcome to participate in French.
*** Beginner-friendly environment/ No previous yoga experience needed. Space is limited to 10 participants.
