As we are now approaching shorter days and exposing ourselves to less natural light, our thoughts turn to improving our wellbeing, avoiding SAD and keeping our immune system strong. Adding that to the pre-festive stress of entertaining and planning means we need to take care of our mental and physical wellness even more than ever. On our winter wellness day we will:
❄️ Practice Qigong techniques to boost the immune system
❄️ Enjoy an aromatherapy session with Clare and make your own aromatherapy rollerball to use in meditation and to take home
❄️ Take part in a guided meditation
❄️ Lunch provided
❄️ Mini-workshop to explore ways to boost the immune system
❄️ Yin Yoga soundbath with Jane and Jodie
The cost will be £48 per person, which includes refreshments, lunch and materials for workshops.
