After the success and positive feedback from the last beautiful retreat morning we just had to get another date in for you! Join us for our Winter Wellness afternoon on Sunday 10th November with @alana.moriarty.fitness @pilatesmethodbybbw & @osher.wellness
We invite you to join us on our revitalising retreat afternoon as we guide you through a journey of barre, pilates, guided meditation and sound healing.
You will leave the space feeling uplifted & rejuvenated with a greater sense of self: physically, mentally and emotionally - taking away positive intentions, setting you up for a better you …
The afternoon will begin with an empowering and energetic barre class followed by sculpting, classical Pilates movement. Both classes are unique in their own way yet will unleash a stronger version of you physically & mentally.
We will then have space to unwind with refreshments, including a delicious and refreshing açai bowl from koeks Manchester YUM!
Ombwholstics will be joining us with a stall selling Seamoss and crystal, with promotion and discussion of holistic organisation programmes to have a look at in the break.
Flowing into Georgia’s guided meditation and into a blissful Sound bath, allowing you to transcend into a meditative state, encouraging you to embrace exactly what you’re feeling, completely safe in our space.
A wonderful afternoon allowing you to implement mindfulness & movement into your life.
Our workshops are always deigned for everyone. Wherever you are in your fitness , mindset , mindfulness journey - We welcome everybody , just bring yourself 🤍

Please come hydrated and on a light stomach, wearing suitable activewear clothing. Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided feel free to bring anything to make yourself more comfortable pillow, blankets, eye mask, water.
