𝐀𝐲𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐝𝐚 translates to the "science of life" and is the oldest recorded traditional health and wellness system on the planet. The approach to health is based on a person's unique mind-body constitution (dosha), and its aim is to prevent disease and increase longevity, by maintaining balance and aligning with the rhythms of nature.
