A day of wellbeing events for women in business: making, movement, meditation and meaningful conversation to top you up.
Our annual winter wellbeing day for women in business is happening again! This year in a new venue: The Centre at St Thomas's.
A day of both physical activity, makers workshops, and mindful reflection, to de-stress you, get you moving, top you up and give you skills to take away and use at home.
We all need a bit of fun - and a lot of TLC, and that's what this day is all about.
As business owners we need to take care of our biggest resource - US!
Following *Dr Hazel Hardie's 4 M's of wellbeing, we are putting on a day of Mindfulness, Movement, Making and Meaningful conversation to enable you to:
- relax
- empty your head of the day-to-day stresses,
- re-connect with yourself and others,
- have fun, dancing, creating, yoga-ing, meditating, and so very much more (watch our page for the full programme coming soon).
We want everyone to be able to take care of their wellbeing so the price is just £20 (£10 for Start Ups) and gives you access to the whole day's events, plus a welcome brew and a light lunch. If you are in a position to give more, we ask you to consider making a donation on the day. Your generosity helps us to keep these services available to women who need them most.

The Centre is 5 minutes from our office where you can park for free as long as you register your car at reception.
Come for an hour, or come for the day.
Once you have booked a place, you will be sent the details of the sessions for you to choose which ones you would like to attend.
