a relaxing, informal get together to explore and experience a range of wellbeing tools that you can then utilise to lighten your mood on darker days and to break through the pre-christmas chaos. we'll work with mindfulness and meditation, breathwork exercises, and creativity amongst other tools as we build our personal winter wellbeing toolboxes.
