We will begin our day of Qigong with some "Qi Boosting / Immune System" Qigong.This will be followed by an informal Chinese Tea session allowing discussion of relevant Qigong Theory.
After our refreshment break we will learn some "Two Finger Zen" techniques.
There will be a lunch break - bring your own - with drinks provided and then our afternoon session will focus on Shibashi Neigong.
This 2 hour session (with refreshment break) will cover all 18 movements from the Shibashi Neigong.
