This 3 day retreat experience in the scenic Galena Territory. It is a picturesque location with rolling hills, lush woodland and an abundance of wildlife, and will be our “home” for this Winter Retreat.The retreat offers the opportunity to move, be still, and contemplate. Each day you will be invited to participate in schedule activities. Including free time, where you can read, journal, chat with friends, experience anything that brings you joy.
You will leave the weekend felling restored, refreshed, and relaxed.
This retreat is welcoming to everyone including anyone who is new to yoga or has little to no experience.
