Maria Beseghi is an Italian ballet teacher, former professional ballet dancer and Pilates instructor. She moved to Finland in 2010 to work at Suomen Kansallisbaletti. Her profession took her then in different countries in Europe, but her heart remained in Finland and decided to return. She worked a few more years for the Finnish National Ballet, and then made her transition into teaching. Movement is Maria's main language. Her curiosity to understand better the bio mechanics of movement and the human body, brought her to pursue the Pilates instructor certification at somatic studio, Helsinki.
Silvia Verges Is a dance teacher and choreographer based in Helsinki. Silvia graduated in ballet from the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona, Spain. For nine years she danced in the Ballet de Euskadi, the National Opera in Mexico and the National Theatre Mannheim in Germany. She then moved to UK to study Contemporary dance and Choreography at London Contemporary Dance School. Silvia has been living and working in Finland since 2008. She has taught in several schools and for professionals and has performed and choreographed in many independent projects.
