Over three powerful days, you’ll explore functional movement, yoga therapy, breathwork, and embodied leadership practices guided by Erin Tomaso and Kaitlin Faye Heavin of Warrior Sanctuary.

Friday (3 hrs): Foundations of Resilience
Nervous system regulation, posture reset, and core-centered movement.
Saturday (3 hrs): Building Inner Fire
Breathwork, loaded yoga, and strength practices to stoke your inner warmth and circulation.
Sunday (3 hrs): Integration & Embodiment
Restorative yoga therapy, reflection, and embodied intention-setting for 2026.
