It’s a 3 event fitness competition that will combine lifting, conditioning and endurance. Prizes will be given to winners of each event and then there will be an overall prize as well. And it’s a charity event for someone in our gym community!
Event 1: The Frost Forge (for time)
5 Deadlift + 5 Shoulder Press + run Lap, 3 DL + 3 SP + run Lap
Men: 95lbs/135lbs
Women: 50lbs/70lbs
Event 2: Blizzard Burn (amrap)
250 m row, 12 dumbbell lunges, 10 box jumps, 10 slam balls
Event 3: Ice Breaker Max Out
Highest max lift for squats, bench, assault bike 30-sec sprint (cals)
