We’re running two free activity days this October packed full of sports taster sessions, arts and crafts workshops, health and wellbeing drop-ins and more. Aimed at the over 50s, this is your chance to warm up ahead of winter: get yourself prepared by prioritising your health and activity levels.Activities include:
- Strength classes (ballet, pilates, aerobics, strong and steady and yoga)
- Cycle classes
- Health MOTS & blood pressure checks
- Bowls and kurling
- Racquet sports
- Clip n Climb
- Walking football
- Archery
- Sensory room
