Special Rules:
Winter War themed where there will be Blizzards (vision limited) Snow banks (limited movement restrictions), Frostbite (possible pins) and Ice (limited movement restrictions). All will be modified to be less then what is in rule book, but to give flavour to theme. Further details will be added once finalized.
Skis will be available to all units and Armies and not just limited to the special units. 1 point per man. This includes teams such as MMG and mortar teams as well as artillery. When making the list for example, if have 50 infantry/men factors, then when creating list in computer programs you use a max limit if 1150 points.
You do not have to buy skis for all units.
