Get outside, trek the trails and enjoy the magic of the season! Join a naturalist at different forest preserves in Will County throughout January and February. This week, walk through a trio of habitats — prairie, woodland and wetland — at Hickory Creek Preserve.

Please dress for the weather and use caution while hiking outdoors given the possible wintery conditions. Meet at the Hickory Hollow Shelter.
The hike will be at least 2 miles alternating between paved and natural surfaces over uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online (https://www.reconnectwithnature.org/americans-with-disabilities-act-information/request-accommodation-inclusion-service/) no later than 48 hours before the program.
