Winter Trees: Clay Workshop
We had so much the first time we're offering the workshop again!
Get ready for the winter mood by making some evergreen trees from clay. Imagine these decorative sculptures displayed with a nice spruce scented candle! In this 2-hour workshop participants will learn hand-building methods to create at least two trees. The pair of trees consists of one big and the other small. The larger tree will be more sculptural; students will make a texture-decorated slab for the smaller. After the pieces are dry, staff will fire and glaze the trees in the color of your choosing. Students will return after a couple of weeks to pick up their trees. An e-mail will be sent with the pick-up dates and times. $45
