Embrace winter and join us on our Winter Tree Walk led by local tree expert Andy Holtham, author of "Identifying Trees in Winter- A photo guide to the common deciduous trees and shrubs of Hertfordshire". This will be a chance to learn how to identify trees by their distinctive shapes, buds and bark.We will meet near the entrance to Hitchin Garden Centre car park (Cambridge Road, A505, Hitchin, SG4 0JT).
The walk will last about an hour. Those who wish to can then join for a coffee afterwards at the Garden Centre cafe.
