This session may be cold, so wrap up warm. We will be moving around, but at a slow, mindful pace, so please bear that in mind. Please also bring a mug to enjoy our foraged tea in. You may also like to bring something to sit on during a our forest bathing practice (a lightweight mat or camping stool is ideal). This is not essential.
If you have any accessibility requirements, or any other further questions, please get in touch at [email protected].
