Burra’s former Michelin-star chef, Toru Yanada, has created a seasonal menu that draws on their culinary roots, delivering a playful fusion of Japanese technique through a modern Antipodean lens—fresh, inventive, and full of character.
To elevate the experience, Corks of Bristol will pair each course with wines chosen to both complement and contrast the flavours, from crisp whites to elegant reds and a few unexpected gems.
