January opens under the influence of the Wheel of Fortune — a reminder that change and uncertainty are already in motion.

Rather than reacting or rushing to control outcomes, this sound journey offers a pause: space to slow down, settle inward, and listen before direction is chosen.

This experience intentionally steps away from New Year’s pressure and immediate clarity. It supports the internal conditions where insight can arise naturally — without force.

A slow, inward, restorative sound journey focused on rest and nervous system regulation.

Sound is used to:

• Slow the body and breath
• Quiet mental urgency
• Support deep rest and subtle awareness
• Create spaciousness for clarity to emerge

This is a calm, grounding experience — not high-energy or emotionally cathartic.

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Eye pillow (optional but recommended)
• Water
• Journal

Dress in layers for comfort. Please arrive early to settle in so we can begin on time.

This session is for you if you:

No prior sound journey experience is required.

January: Orientation & Inner Authority is designed as a foundation month.

Instead of asking “What should I do?”, January invites a quieter question:
“What is ready to move — and what needs more time?”

The series emphasizes nervous system settling, deep listening, and inner authority before action.

This sound journey pairs naturally with the Tarot Archetype Circle — The Magician, which explores inner authority, focus, and conscious choice once the system has settled. Participants are welcome to attend one or both experiences.

I’m a Tarot Reader and Sound Practitioner devoted to creating spaces for insight, healing, and connection.

For nearly a decade, I’ve guided others through the Tarot as a mirror for self-discovery and transformation. Over the past year, my work has expanded into sound therapy — using vibration and frequency to restore balance and peace.

I offer private and group sound sessions and intuitive tarot readings, both in person and online, supporting those who wish to reconnect with their intuition, release what no longer serves, and invite in clarity and calm.
