👨🍳 Chef Joe will lead the live cooking demo, guiding participants through simple, chef-level techniques for prepping, roasting, and cooking winter squash in delicious, holiday-inspired ways.
🌱 Chef Devyn, our Farmer Liaison and Winter Squash Expert, will walk you through the winter squash lineup—from butternut and acorn to delicata, and spaghetti squash. You’ll learn how to choose the right squash, how to store it properly, and what each variety tastes like (plus the best ways to cook them!).
🥕 Miss Leah, our Registered Dietitian, will share the nutritional power of winter squash and how to incorporate these seasonal veggies into a balanced, family-friendly diet.
