About this Event
Native perennial plants are are incredibly important to a maintaining a healthy ecosystem.
Join us to learn about native perennials and how to sow them at home in an easy and fun interactive session. We will be joined by Nikki Conzo of Lady Fern Farm for an informational session about the importance of native perennial plants followed by a hands-on planting session. Participants will create a mini 'greenhouse' and sow native perennial plant seeds.
Please bring at least 2 plastic gallon jugs from home and more to share if possible! All other materials will be provided.
Participants will go home with their own, newly planted perennial seeds and they should be ready to be planted in the ground by spring!
