Celebrate the Return of Light! Immerse yourself in the vibrations of the singing bowls, gongs, & chimes sweeping away the dark. Recharge the light within you with meditation and sound. Special guest Lora Wheeler Roeser will join me in playing the singing bowls, chimes, & gongs. Bring a yoga mat to recline on the floor or sit in one of the chairs provided and allow yourself to sink into a meditative state as harmonizing tones weave around and through you.
