All of these three classes are suitable for beginners and all equipment is provided if you need it.
This Iyengar Yoga Winter Solstice practice will be framed around stillness, turning inward, restoration and welcoming the return of light.
Join Jo Mitchel Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher for a 1 hour class offering grounding and reflective poses that build inner warmth and stability. There will be supported forward extensions to rest and restore, and restorative set ups to help recuperate and rest including Setu Bandha and legs up the wall (Viparita Karani).
