We've partnered again with our friends at Timber Run to create a calming space surrounded by the glow of twinkling holiday lights draped overhead. The room feels like a quiet forest, still and sacred, honoring the longest night of the year. Ashley Sykes will lead an all levels practice of breath-focused mindful movement to quiet the over active body and mind.
