🎄Emma and Emily have teamed up to offer you a beautiful Winter Solstice inspired Craft, Connect and Flow workshop
✨Combining a nurturing yoga flow, meditation and gorgeous crafts inspired by the solstice to encourage reflection to mark the longest night of the year and the welcome return of the light (and a some time just for you in this busy festive season)
🎇Where?: Highnam Old School
🎄When?: Sun 21st Dec 2.30-4.30pm
✨Cost?: £30 to include yoga flow, meditation, craft (solstice themed embossed decorations and a lantern), festive drink and snacks
🎇What do I need to bring?: mats available or bring your own favourite one, a cosy blanket and maybe a cushion, all craft materials provided
