As the longest night of the year arrives, we gather to turn inward and honor the light within. Guided by the soft glow of candlelight, this soothing yin practice invites tenderness, compassion, and a sacred pause to reflect, release, and renew. The Winter Solstice marks a time of transformation and new beginnings. Together, we’ll gently shed old patterns and open to the energy of rebirth, creativity, and possibility. Through mindful movement and deep stillness, we’ll nourish body, mind, and soul tending to our inner flame even as daylight wanes. During this season, when serotonin levels naturally dip, this practice reminds us to care deeply for ourselves to nurture our spirit, restore balance, and trust the quiet light that guides us through the darkness. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, replenished, and illuminated from within. This 90-minute Yin practice will stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system by creating space and providing time to hold poses that focus on the lower part of the body (hips, pelvis, lower extremities and spine), where we tend to bury issues and tension. Lingering in Yin poses, the deep connective tissues that support the joints and skeletal system will soften, releasing tension and allowing for the natural healing process of the mind, body and spirit. Investment: $35. No refunds or exchanges after 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop.
