About this Event
On the longest night, we gather as women keeping the fire, weaving light for the world.
Together we’ll move, breathe, and pray in the old ways—tending the flame, honouring our ancestors, clearing the inference that keeps us from source thus nourishing our capacity to reawaken in presence, explore embodied peace and live from coherence.
This circle weaves:
Embodied movement & meditation
Breathwork journey
Community grief tending & ancestral reverence
Nourishment (yummy soup!) & women’s circle
This is primordial remembrance.
This is star fire medicine.
Together, we tend to ourselves amidst this great collective initiation and life’s holy ground.
Bring your body, your prayers, your presence. Leave rooted, luminous, and woven into the great peace we are here to embody.
Gather by fire, root in the dark, rise with the light.
Offered by Amber Blue of Ancient Fire Breathwork and Celeste Morris of Starfire Grief Tending
Step into a sanctuary.. a space where breath becomes medicine and your inner wisdom keeper becomes the guide.
Conscious connected breath is a gentle yet powerful technique that invites you to access deeper states of awareness, emotional release, and energetic alignment. We begin to revitalize our minds and bodies, gain clarity and insight, and begin to orient ourselves towards healing and transformation in the midst of the storm.
When the body and heart feel safe, the breath can begin to unlock and unwind us, creating space to release and clear anything that no longer serves us… the mind softens, and the heart opens. It’s a pathway back to your true essence—one breath at a time.
Layered with the healing vibrations of sound—crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and voice—this experience becomes a full-body reset. The frequencies work on a cellular level to shift stagnant energy, restore harmony, and support the nervous system in finding peace.
Together, breath and sound create a deeply restorative journey. One that invites you to surrender, remember, and return to your natural rhythm.
Come as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and more connected.
