Come join me and like-minded women in the cosy nurture yurt as we celebrate the start of Winter with tea, cake, craft and a real treat: a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation run by Lisa of the Yoga Social.
What's planned:
- Group discussion and sharing of traditions
- A grounding mystery tea-tasting ritual and sharing of herbal medicine and foraging knowledge
- A small winter solstice/yule craft
