Celebrate Winter Solstice Weekend at First Americans Museum from 3 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 20, and Sunday, December 21. This reflective experience on the shortest days of the year will include indoor and outdoor activities, seasonal games, and a light experience in the mound tunnel. At about 5:15, the lights will dim and we will watch the winter solstice sun set through the tunnel. This event is free with no tickets required. If you wish to visit the galleries, you may purchase admission at the museum’s guest services desks. The galleries will close at 5 p.m.
