About this Event
Join us for a vision board workshop hosted by Jacqueline Glosman!
The winter solstice symbolizes the return of light and life, representing themes such as rebirth, renewal, death and new beginnings. The winter solstice is a time in which deep introspection and self-reflection are garnered, honoring the seasons of change and instilling a sense of hope.
This workshop asks participants to create a vision board representing hope, light, and life as we enter a new year and as we continue to nurture the seeds of change, both internally and externally, personally and universally. We will ask ourselves, how can we usher in feelings of hope and connection to what makes life feel purposeful, both on personal and community levels? In this workshop, participants will use collage images and other visual materials to create vision boards representing hope, personal values, and intentions in moving forward in creating a meaningful life.
This workshop is intended to be a therapeutic art experience rather than a therapy session, although it will be conducted by a registered art therapist.
