You’re warmly invited to a Winter Solstice Sound & Tea Ceremony
An evening to slow down, soften, and listen deeply as we honor the longest night of the year and welcome the returning light.
Join us on Friday, December 19th at 6:30 pm at Pursuit of Vitality in Loveland for an intimate gathering of sound healing, intentional tea, and heart-centered connection.
We’ll share:
- 🌙 Opening intention & breathwork
- 🔔 Immersive sound journey (crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments)
- 🍵 Ceremonial tea experience to nourish the body and calm the nervous system
- ✨ Reflection + closing circle to anchor what you’re calling in for the season ahead
Special Guest:
We are honored to welcome Margarita of Beyond Your Impossible, who will be sharing her unique medicine and presence to support deeper transformation, inspiration, and inner alignment throughout the evening.
What to Bring
- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (supplies also available)
- Blanket, pillow, cozy layers (we’re honoring winter, after all)
- A journal & pen
- Your favorite mug for tea (optional but sweet)
- An open heart and an intention for the season
