Join me for a relaxing evening to de-stress and make new friends.We will start the evening with a sharing circle moving into a relaxing Winter Solstice Channelled Healing/Meditation and Sound Bath (sound bowls, tuning forks, tongue drum, drums, bells & chimes and maracas).
Experience a deep energetic balance and cleanse whilst connecting to your I am presence and heart centre. This experience will be candlelit so that you can fully immerse into your inner journey.
Then we will have some fun! And make a Christmas Wreath and have some mulled wine and mince pies and enjoy the Christmas Spirit. I will also bring some butternut squash and crusty bread.
All materials will be provided into making your Christmas Wreath. Enjoy creating your own masterpiece to take home and put up in your home.
Please bring blankets and pillows (a yoga mat to lay on if you have one), so that you can be comfortable, cosy and snug whilst you receive.
