On the longest night, the earth settles and the old year exhales. Gather with me as we honor this sacred turning. We’ll call our energy back from the places it has wandered, inviting strength, clarity, and spirit to return home. This ritual roots us in the ancient rhythm of the solstice, where darkness becomes a womb and light begins its slow return. As the soundbath unfolds, healing frequencies clear, restore, and renew. A night for tending the flame within. A night for remembering your magic.

Please arrive with enough time to settle into your space before the doors close at 5pm. Late arrivals will not be admitted due to the sacred container we are creating for the meditative process. Thank you for understanding.

The studio floor is firm, so I encourage you to bring whatever helps you feel supported: a cushy mat or two, blankets, pillows, or anything soft that lets your body fully relax. Think of it as creating your own nest for the evening.
