Join us for a special Winter Solstice Sound Healing Ceremony as we work to connect with the spirit of nature and the arriving winter energy.
Our Winter Solstice Ceremony will combine a ritual for release with guided meditation for reflection and sound healing with instruments gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums, flutes, rattles, plant botanicals, essential oils and more.
We gather during this time to honor the longest night of the year, promote relaxation, and set intentions for the upcoming year. We offer a space to pause and reflect on the past year and release stagnant energy and align with the natural cycles of rest and renewal before the days get longer. This session will have restorative and healing benefits for the mind, body, and spirit.
Universally, the Winter Solstice is a celebration of change, during the darkest time of the year. Some say it is possibly the most important time in Nature as we are moving into a completely new cycle.
This is the perfect time to call upon your internal wisdom and bring light into the dark places within.
Through cleansing, renewal and purification, we move toward greater connection with Source , the Heavens, Earth, our Ancestors, and all that truly supports us.
We will start by smudging everyone and calling in the four directions to create sacred space. Then we will begin to weave ritual with sound healing further by setting intentions as you enter an inward spiritual journey through the deep ambient soundscapes of our healing instruments. Some might fall into a nourishing trance like sleep, while others might experience altered states of consciousness or feel bodily sensations associated with physical healing.
Through this experience we restore balance in ourselves, each other, in the earth, in nature and we will send healing energy out to all in need. This day is filled with great guidance and intuition. You can even use this solstice as a catalyst to call in what you want for the months ahead.
