About this Event
Join us in celebrating the Winter Solstice with a 90-minute ceremony of sound healing, intention-setting, and relaxation. As we enter the longest night of the year, this gathering offers a sacred space to honor the season’s introspective energy, release what no longer serves, and set powerful intentions for the winter ahead.
What to Expect:
Arrival & Warm Welcome: Settle in with a cozy blanket and warm neck wrap, and enjoy a cup of wassail, a traditional spiced winter drink, to warm your spirit and prepare for the journey ahead.
- Guided Meditation: We'll begin with a gentle meditation to ground ourselves, creating space for reflection and connection with the season's energy.
- Sound Journey: Relax into a meditative state as you're bathed in healing sounds from song, singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes. Each sound layer guides you deeper into relaxation, releasing tension and opening pathways for inner transformation.
- Soothing Foot Soak: Ground your experience with a warm, aromatic foot soak infused with seasonal herbs. The soak offers nourishment, helping to integrate the evening's healing vibrations.
- Intention Setting: Embrace the quiet power of winter by setting intentions aligned with personal manifestation, healing, and clarity.
