In the yoga room
Bring what ever you need to make yourself comfortable to sit/lay on the ground for an hour. A yoga mat/blanket, pillow, crystals and comfortable clothing. If you decide last minute to join us, we do have some extra yoga mats, blankets and pillows for you to use.
Please show up on time (6:30p) to get settled into a spot of your choosing so we can begin promptly at 7:00
