Ticketed event : £23 per person : booking essentialAs we edge towards the shortest day of the year, Sue & I would like to invite you to a Special Winter Solstice Sound Bath Evening at the Quaker Meeting House, Bury St Edmunds. Celebrating this special time of the year by BEing together with like-minded souls, we will REFLECT on the year gone by, RESET in the stillness and the sounds, and REKINDLE our spirits as we acknowledge the return of the light.
You will be welcomed with a warm drink and, once we have settled in our circle, you will be invited to join us in co-creating a communal altar, honouring the ancestors, giving thanks for what has gone before, and setting intentions for what is to come. We will invite you to bring two objects, one representing a loving ancestor or something from your past, perhaps something from nature, and an item connecting to your future, or anything that feels right for you at the time.
We will light our way forward with candles and draw on the wisdom of oracle cards to guide us on our journeys.
An hour of soulcentred sound bathing will follow, a time to just BE - held in the comfort of the sounds, resting in the stillness of the solstice energy, supported by the ancestors and the wisdom of the cards.
The evening will conclude with an opportunity to share thoughts, feelings, insights within the circle although, of course, speaking is not compulsory as silence is always honoured in equal measure.
