This Winter Solstice Sound Bath and Cacao Ceremony will nourish your mind, heart, body and spirit. The evening will begin with a Cacao ceremony, a centuries-old heart opening ritual where you drink ceremonial-grade cacao to boost your immune system and expand your heart. Followed by a rejuvenating journey through the healing art of sound.
This acoustic sound healing journey will relax your body, clear the subconscious, calm the mind, and activate your body's natural healing systems.
Lisa uses a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Frame Drum, Koshi Chimes, to guide you into a deep state of blissful relaxation and transcendental meditation that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and recalibrated.
