Sarah Bodary Swinney from The Root Wellness Center will be using Sound healing to bring your physical and emotional body back into a state of alignment and coherence. Sound Therapy has been proven to reduce anxiety and depression and induces a deep state of relaxation.
The winter solstice marks the longest night of the year and when days began to lengthen again. It has been celebrated throughout all of history by many faiths and nationalities.
All faiths and belief systems are welcome.
This is a wonderful time to reflect on the past year and release what no longer serves you.

Between 10-15 min early
