As the longest night of the year arrives, this Winter Solstice Sound Bath invites you to pause, exhale, and step into the quiet magic of the dark season. This sound journey is designed to soothe your nervous system and guide you into a deep state of rest and renewal.
Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, koshi chimes, and other instruments, you’ll be invited to settle, soften, and reconnect with your inner light as we celebrate the return of the light.
Come experience the sacred calm of the solstice — no experience needed, just your presence and an open heart!
What To Bring:
- A yoga mat
- Cozy clothing with layers
- Water
- And anything that helps you feel comfortable (blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.)
