Join us for our another sauna and cold plunge with a wonderfully authentic mobile wood-fired sauna, cold plunge baths, calming tea and a smokeless firepit. Here's how it works:
Spend 10-15 minutes in the sauna
Cold plunge for 10-30 seconds
Relax by the firepit for a few minutes, sip tea and chat with friends
Repeat for an hour
