Dive into the experience of two powerful medicines, a cacao ritual and the healing benefits of the sauna.
Marcela Enriquez will lead the ritual, sharing the tradition of the Yokt’an Maya of Mexico, offering the sacred, healing, and ancestral cacao beverage of Mesoamerica called Pozol.
There are two sessions available to book :
From 5-6.30 (an hour sauna followed by 30 minute cacao ritual )
Or 6.30-8 ( 30 minute cacao ritual followed by an hour sauna )
It will be a super relaxing experience and a great way to celebrate Mother Earth and the Winter Solstice .
