Opening Pranayama & Meditation before gently transitioning to a gentle, awakening & nourishing yoga flow, shifting stagnant energy whilst drawing on the inner light within.
Before restoring with an indulgent Yin practice, sealed with a Winter Solstice Meditation.
Closing by feeling the light of the flame growing inside of you as we set our solstice intentions.
Infused with reiki healing throughout.
