Gathering together in Community with like Hearted Souls to wind down and move inward on our shortest day of the year.
A time to pause and be away from your everyday to Relax, Rest and Reset.
We celebrate our change of seasons without and within, and honour how we have grown over the year, before we slow down and soften into Winter.
This stunning retreat day to include:
- Connect and Flow Dance - Getting out the head into the body, using music and movement connecting to the JOY within.
-Beautifully crafted mediations and mantras to explore into our hearts innate wisdom to feel more balanced, calm and centred within.
- Sound Bath Relaxation - to resotre and replenish with beautiful Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks, Theraputic Percussion, Reiki Drumming, Tibeten Bells.
- Reiki and Reiki Drumming to balance, align and integrate.
- Winter Wreath Making - tapping into the creative flow of the feminine for insight, intuition and fun.
- Sharing Circle Ceremony with anointing for grounding and connection with ourselves, each other and spirit.
- Festive Mulled Wine to celebrate the Solstice and finish our day together.

“In a world which is full of anger and hate right now, yesterday was on another level. So beautiful to connect with 18 ladies who were all aligned in bringing peace and making space for each other. Some more vulnerable than others, some just there for a reset. Meditation, connect and flow, chanting, walking bare foot in the countryside. A doze in the hammock, beautiful food, cacao to open the heart, and a fire pit to get rid of the old and ask for new.
