As the winter season begins, you feel the energy shifting from outward expression to the return of going within. In this Restorative Workshop, join Cheryl Brown to consciously allow yourself to connect to the natural cycle of sacred rest, reflection, and even darkness…
This 2-hour workshop will allow you to go deeper within, finding the restful peace of the season, and feeling it reflected within your own bodies, minds, and spirits.
Take time to just be by connecting with the energy of the winter solstice in this all levels restorative yoga workshop. This offering will take place on Saturday, December 21 from 2pm-4pm. Dive deep into the calming affect that this restorative class will offer. This workshop is available in-studio. All levels including those new to yoga are welcome. Please bring a journal and a pen.
