We gather on the evening to celebrate sound healing and restoration. We will start with some organic Vegan Cacao (made with coconut milk) to open the heart chakra for receiving healing, once relaxed we will begin our time, with some reflection, some meditation, some journalling if you feel called and time for relaxation, while I take you on a journey with the chakra healing quartz crystal sound bowls and an earthly grounding and sun gongs, along with some other sound instruments to bathe and revive your energy. Not only that, but my Soul Sista Susie Jackson Reiki master and healer, will be joining us to spread some reiki healing while the sound journey is taking place.
Gift yourself some special you time, and allow me to provide a warm, safe and loving environment for you to completely let the stresses and strains of daily life to float away. Using my chakra attuned frosted quartz crystal healing bowls, gongs and chimes, you will be bathed in sound as you relax. Experiencing deep relaxation, letting go of stress, anxiety and tension, and allow your body sink into the mat, and receiving some of the beautiful and gentle reiki healing from Susie.
