Join us on the evening of the Winter Solstice as we honor the energy and spirit of winter with a magical sound immersion. Gina weaves together crystal singing bowls, Reiki energy and voice to create a deeply relaxing state where healing, insight and renewal unfold effortlessly. April will guide students into energy-calming restorative yoga poses using props. The goal will be ultimate comfort and care, allowing the body, mind, and nervous system to find peace and ease. Optional hands-on Reiki assists will be provided, accompanied by the reiki-infused sounds guiding the experience throughout. No yoga experience is necessary.
