You’ll savor rich, warm, ceremonial-grade cacao, infused with intention and love, as we set our intentions for the coming season. Next, lie back and immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing sound bath, where the harmonious vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, native American flute, drums and other instruments will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and healing, all while receiving Reiki healing energy.
As we embrace the darkness of the upcoming longest night, we’ll come together to celebrate the light within us all, sharing reflections and intentions for the new cycle ahead. How to Prepare: Please drink plenty of water before the event and dress comfortably in layers. We encourage you to refrain from eating for two hours before the event or eat lighter if needed. We will provide a yoga mat and blanket, and we invite you to bring water, a pillow and anything else you may need to ensure you feel completely relaxed and comfortable during the event as you will be laying down for over an hour. You may also wish to bring an eye mask and journal & pen. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.
