Celebrate the stillness, symbolism, and restorative magic of the Winter Solstice with a deeply nourishing evening at Keller Yoga. This 90-minute experience is designed to help you slow down, reset, and align with the season’s invitation to rest and reflect.
We’ll begin with gentle breath work to soften the body and settle the mind, followed by a brief exploration of the meaning of the Solstice and a guided meditation for inner clarity. From there, you’ll be led through a systematic relaxation practice before being immersed in a harmonizing blend of sound healing and Reiki energy work.
